Jon Holbert is the Managing Partner of the CBI Team of NWA in Springdale, Arkansas. Jon is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and is one of only five nationally accredited Certified Business Intermediaries in the State of Arkansas. He has been involved with CBI since 2011 and has had great success helping his clients reach their goals. Jon has been involved in dozens of deals and fully understands how to facilitate the process of selling a business.With more than 35 years of business experience as an owner/operator of several successful businesses and as an executive in multi-million dollar company, Jon understands the challenges business owners and business sellers face. Jon developed an interest in business sales, including mergers and acquisitions, following the sale of several of the companies he owned and after participating in the sale of a large company he managed to a publicly held company. Jon’s broad knowledge of business allows him to serve businesses of all sizes and types and finds all types businesses interesting. Jon holds an Arkansas Real Estate Sales license and can facilitate the real estate portion of a deal as well. His objective is to provide his clients with sound business advice and first-class service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Jon was born in Plainview, Texas and moved to NW Arkansas in 1992. He has three adult children and four granddaughters. He resides with his wife DeLee in Springdale.
