Nanda Nandkishore has been involved with small businesses for almost 40 years. He has Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters Degree in Computer Sciences.
In 1983 he co-founded VIASOFT, a computer software company. VIASOFT went through every aspect of the growth of the company from four employees and no product, to over 400 employees with 10 award winning products, revenues exceeding $200 Million, and strong profits. During this process, company raised over $10 Million in venture capital funding. Company went public (IPO) in 1995. Nanda negotiated M&A transactions valued at $3Million for product acquisition and marketing alliances.
From 1996 to 2000, Nanda ran his own consulting company providing Strategic Year 2000 consulting services to large companies. He has been involved in multiple product acquisition and product marketing deals. From 2000 to 2004 he worked with TiE, an Entrepreneurial organization, mentoring and advising startup companies. Nanda's strong ability in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a business and helping chart a course for the future has been extremely helpful for these companies.
Since 2004 Nanda turned his attention to non high technology businesses. He has gone through extensive training from CABB, and IBBA in analysis, evaluation, and the sale of main street businesses. He is a member, past President, and Past board member of CABB (California Association of Business Brokers) and IBBA (International Business Brokers Association). He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) a certification granted by IBBA to business brokers with proven skills and experience in handling business transactions. He is an M&AMI, designated by M&A Source, the premier Mergers & Acquisitions association.

In January 2007, Nanda Incorporated Acacia Group Inc. to handle main street businesses as well as handle larger size deals that may lend themselves to M&A type transactions (e.g. being bought by another company).
