Fitwize 4 Kids is the first healthy lifestyle center for children in the United States. The brand's mission is to promote fitness and proper nutrition habits in a positive, safe and fun environment. It does this by offering circuit training programs specifically designed for kids between the ages of 6 and 15 years old. Each program is 45 minutes long and gives young people the full body workout they need in a fun and safe manner. Similar to adult fitness programs, the Fitwize programs focus on strength and resistance training.
Each gym is equipped with equipment for all heights and weights, which is also designed to meet the physiological needs of growing children. Coaches are trained to encourage and assist young participants throughout the entire circuit. In addition to helping young children achieve healthy fitness goals, Fitwize 4 Kids also educates parents on how they can contribute to their kids' overall health goals via workshops and nutrition seminars.
As a source of additional income, Fitwize 4 Kids also hosts birthday parties, kids night out events and group exercise classes. Some such classes include kids pilates, kids yoga and kids cardio kickboxing.

Fitwize 4 Kids is a South Florida based company that began with the mission to empower today's youth by encouraging them to develop healthy lifestyle habits for tomorrow. The founder recognized that childhood obesity is quickly becoming an epidemic, one that is easily preventable with the right guidance. Whereas physical education classes used to provide children with their source of daily exercise, less funding in schools meant less time for P.E. and therefore, less time that children get to run around and be kids. As a result, approximately 30 percent of today's youth are obese. Obesity doesn't just affect a child's self-confidence. It also leads to many adverse and lifelong health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, bone development issues and psychosocial disorders. Fitwize 4 Kids's mission is to replace lost P.E. time, get kids moving again and introduce them to fun and easy to do fitness regimes.
