We manage the entire buyer process—confidential marketing, screening and qualifying buyers, coordinating NDAs, and facilitating management calls—to ensure only serious, financially capable buyers are engaged. As offers are received, we lead negotiation and deal structuring to optimize price, terms, and risk mitigation, working closely with attorneys, CPAs, and lenders to keep the transaction on track.
